Currently, some Mature Workers are accessing their skills and considering an exploration into a new career or other workplace opportunities.  As part of the information-gathering process, many of those workers are seeking new training options and beginning to explore other educational resources. 

At the same time, statistics show that by the year 2030, 41 million new workers will enter the workforce and 76 million workers will enter retirement.  This will result in a huge gap in the workforce and employers will need to rely upon Mature Workers to help fill this gap with their knowledge and skills.
